March 2nd, 2009 About Our Service Coupons: We often mail coupons to select owners or you can find discount Parts and Service Coupons at our website! Our Coupons state that they MUST be presented at write-up…meaning we want you to exercise the option to discuss it with your service advisor so we know and you know what you want and what you are going to receive for the price offered. An an example: A few customers have thought that the “$104.95 Brake Special Coupon” includes turning of rotors or drums. It does not, nor does it say that it does. However, the $25.00 discount can be applied to either the brake installation or the additional labor needed for turning drums or rotors.
